The Roving Syndicate was founded by Samuel Gittings, founder of Gittings Sporting, with a simple vision: to make exceptional driven shooting more accessible.
After years of organising high-quality sporting days for private teams and corporate clients, Sam recognised that many individuals and smaller groups were missing out on the opportunity to experience the same standard of shooting. The Roving Syndicate was created to remove those barriers offering professionally organised days without the need for annual memberships, full teams or unnecessary expense.
Built on the values of quality, community and tradition, The Roving Syndicate brings together like minded people who appreciate great sport, good company and the British countryside.
Today, our calendar spans some of the UK's finest sporting estates, with selected opportunities across Europe, giving Guns the chance to enjoy a variety of memorable days throughout the season.

Get to Know Us, Meet Our Team
Olly
I’ve been involved in the agricultural industry and field sports all my life
from lambing sheep in Northumbrian hills to spraying vegetables on the
Lincolnshire fens. However, my real passion has always been shooting.
Whenever possible, I love sharing these experiences with my dad, who has
been a big part of that journey. As a Roving Syndicate Sporting Coordinator, I look forward to meeting new people, welcoming fresh faces into the field, and helping introduce young people to the sport in a safe and enjoyable way.
Adam
Adam has been involved with the agricultural sector for his whole life,
this is also where his love of shooting started from air rifles through to clays
and game days over the past 15 years. He is based in Nottinghamshire and is
looking forward to meeting guns old and new.
